The buttons are sewn on the outside or the inside, depending on your taste. If you want it more elegant and practical, then the buttons should be sewn on the inside. This way, the buttons do not interfere and since they are not visible, the pants can be worn without the suspenders.

The buttons are sewn on 1 cm below the top edge of the pants.

Back side
3cm from the center, one button on each side.




Front side
The general rule is that the suspenders should be placed above the hips, but the distance can also be measured - in the front, the button is sewn on 10 cm from the zipper, the next is 6 cm from the first button. And the same is done on the other side.


We additionally recommend a different method since each of us has a different body type and universal tips don’t work for everyone. Start sewing the buttons on the back of the pants, attach the suspenders and measure in front of the mirror where the suspenders would look the best. Mark the desired location with sewing chalk or a pin and sew on the buttons. Make sure to sew the buttons symmetrically on the right and left side.
